We are looking for a technically strong and experienced Site Manager responsible for the end-to-end execution and successful delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of site execution from project commencement to completion and handover.
- Manage and supervise all day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
- Read, interpret, and implement architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, QS, design, and project teams.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues independently.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship and safety compliance.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing, snag rectification, and final handover.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
- Take responsibility for timely completion and overall site performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical and practical knowledge of construction execution.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project execution and site management.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Experience: 10 –15 Years
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
