Job Description
Objective
To identify, develop, and onboard strategic partners within the West Zone that can drive business growth for the company through innovative distribution models across banking, NBFC, fintech, wealth, and corporate segments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, wealth platforms, and large corporates in the West Zone.
- Develop and present customized partnership proposals, financial models, and business plans.
- Manage the end-to-end process from opportunity identification to partner onboarding.
- Create and present business cases to internal stakeholders for approvals.
2. Strategic Deal Structuring
- Negotiate commercial terms, partnership models, and business arrangements.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to finalize documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure partnerships align with organizational objectives and deliver sustainable business growth.
3. Market Intelligence & Regional Opportunity Mapping
- Continuously scan the West Zone market for potential partners and emerging trends.
- Monitor competitor alliances, digital partnerships, and distribution innovations.
- Build and maintain strong external networks across financial services and related ecosystems.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, operations, and technology for partner enablement.
- Drive internal coordination to ensure smooth go-live and partner servicing.
- Transition matured alliances to relationship management teams for ongoing engagement and scaling.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Education MBA or equivalent (preferably in Marketing, Finance, or Strategy).
- Experience 3-5 years
- Industry Exposure Life Insurance / Banking / NBFC / Fintech / Wealth Management / Mutual Funds.
