We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage building construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate shall be responsible for project execution, coordination with clients and consultants, resource management, quality control, billing, and timely completion of works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and review project reports, bills, and progress updates.
- Control project costs and ensure timely completion of works.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.
Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and site management.
- Experience in government projects will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
