- Prepare, update, and verify the Electrical Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure received materials match the BOM, reporting any discrepancies to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with control panel vendors for drawing approvals, inspect electrical panels and components for compliance with design specifications, and maintain quality checks.
- Supervise electricians, allocate daily tasks with assembly teams, and oversee machine wiring, including power checks and continuity testing before startup.
- Upload, download, and modify machine programs as per customer requirements, ensuring proper functionality through testing and finalizing program backups before machine dispatch.
- Assist in preparing or reviewing electrical manuals, take necessary documentation (e.g., HMI screen photos), and ensure all updated drawings are stored prior to dispatch.
- Provide service support during machine installations and breakdowns, both remotely and on-site, and submit requisitions for electrical materials such as cables and lugs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
