What would you do? The Total Rewards Analyst supports the delivery of compensation and benefits services. The role focuses on compensation operations, rewards program administration, market benchmarking, analytics, and employee benefits support while ensuring service excellence and compliance with client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities: Job Description The Total Rewards Analyst supports the delivery of compensation and benefits services. The role focuses on compensation operations, rewards program administration, market benchmarking, analytics, and employee benefits support while ensuring service excellence and compliance with client requirements. Key Responsibilities • Support end-to-end compensation and benefits operations for client accounts • Administer salary structures, incentive plans, bonus programs, and rewards processes • Assist in compensation benchmarking and market analysis using internal and external data sources • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership and client review • Coordinate annual compensation cycles including merit increases, promotions, and bonus planning • Support employee benefits administration and respond to compensation and benefits-related queries • Ensure compliance with client policies, labour regulations, and internal governance standards • Maintain accurate employee compensation data within HR systems and reporting tools • Collaborate with HR partners, payroll teams, and client stakeholders to resolve operational issues • Identify opportunities for automation, and operational efficiency • Support job evaluation, job architecture, and salary grading activities in line with client compensation frameworks • Assist in the design, implementation, and communication of compensation programs and reward initiatives • Support the governance and administration of short-term and long-term incentive plans where applicable • Maintain compensation policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation • Conduct audits of compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance • Support rewards-related projects, including compensation harmonization, rewards transformation, and HR system implementations • Ensure timely completion of compensation-related controls, reconciliations, and compliance requirements during audit cycles • Analyse compensation metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and recommend process improvements may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
