Business Development Executive (Lead Generation & Sales)
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing Forex Trading Education company.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads, build relationships with potential clients, and convert them into enrolled students for our premium trading programs. This is a target-driven role for someone who enjoys sales, networking, and earning performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, social media, and outreach.
- Connect with prospective clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and online meetings.
- Understand client needs and recommend the right training program.
- Follow up with interested prospects and close enrollments.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and messages.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
- Experience in the education, finance, or trading industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
