Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Business/Sales Developer to join our marketing firm. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. You will play a vital role in growing our client base and increasing revenue by promoting our marketing services such as branding, digital marketing and content creation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries
- Generate leads through email outreach, cold calls, networking events, and digital platforms
- Present the agency’s services and create customised proposals based on client needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team
- Conduct market and client research to support outreach efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and communication using CRM tools
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a marketing or creative agency
- Strong understanding of marketing services such as digital campaigns, branding, SEO, and social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in client meetings, pitches, and presentations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
