Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented, and organized Front Desk Executive to manage patient interactions and front office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, handling inquiries, maintaining patient and sales records, conducting follow-ups, and converting leads into clinic visits. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Patient Management
- Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage patient registrations, appointments, and walk-ins.
- Guide patients regarding clinic services, procedures, and appointment schedules.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant patient experience at the clinic.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of patient information in the clinic management system.
- Update and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
- Prepare reports related to patient visits, consultations, and revenue generation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient records.
Lead Management & Follow-Ups
- Make follow-up calls to existing patients regarding appointments, treatments, and feedback.
- Contact leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and referrals.
- Explain clinic services and treatment offerings to prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries and leads into clinic walk-ins and consultations.
- Track lead status and maintain a lead conversion database.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other clinic staff for appointment scheduling.
- Assist in billing and payment coordination when required.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure proper clinic presentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

- 0–2 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Patient Coordination roles.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
