Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architect with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, platform customization, integrations, and enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
This role requires a strong technical background in ServiceNow development, SPM modules, Discovery, CMDB, and integrations, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
- Configure and customize Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Timecards, and Agile Development 2.0 (CWM & EAP) modules.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
- Implement and maintain Discovery and CMDB.
- Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, WSDL, and Web Services.
- Configure and support SAML authentication and ServiceNow security integrations.
- Create, manage, and promote ServiceNow Update Sets across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
- At least 1–2 end-to-end implementation projects in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong experience with:
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Timecards
- Agile Development 2.0 (CWM & EAP)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
- Experience implementing and maintaining Discovery and CMDB.
- Knowledge of SAML Authentication and ServiceNow integrations.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, WSDL, and Web Services.
- Experience creating and promoting ServiceNow Update Sets across multiple environments.
- Familiarity with UI/UX concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
