Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential clients and explaining our services.
- Building and maintaining healthy relationships with customers.
- Managing and updating the customer database accurately.
- Following up on leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Answering customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Requirements
- Experience: Freshers are welcome! Candidates with 0–6 months of experience in telecalling/sales will have an advantage.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of Punjabi is a plus).
- Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening, and basic computer knowledge.
