About the Role
We are looking for an experienced D365 Technical Consultant / Senior D365 Lead Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, deployment, and integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with implementation partners, business users, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, deploy, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Work on CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
- Install and deploy CRM organizations with managed and unmanaged solutions
- Customize CRM entities, workflows, and business processes
- Design and implement custom APIs and business workflows
- Develop plugins and custom workflows using C# and .NET
- Enhance CRM functionalities using JavaScript and TypeScript
- Build Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using PowerApps
- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows
- Work with Azure services including:
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Functions
- WebApps
- Web APIs
- WebJobs
- App Services
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Create and maintain SQL databases, stored procedures, and data views
- Collaborate with implementation teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
- Strong expertise in:
- Dynamics 365 CRM Suite
- C#, .NET
- JavaScript, TypeScript
- SQL Server
- PowerApps
- Power Automate
- Azure Services
- CRM SDK and Plugin development
- Knowledge of:
- HTML, CSS, jQuery
- Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Web APIs and integrations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
Good to Have
- Experience with Power Pages
- Hands-on exposure to XRM Toolbox
- Experience in enterprise-level CRM implementation projects
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
