Route Academy is a leading skill development institution focused on career-oriented education and professional training programs. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our admissions and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Explain course details and guide students regarding admissions
- Perform regular follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-up reports
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic team
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to handle calls professionally
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills
- Malayalam and English communication preferred
Preferred Qualification:
Experience:
- Tele sales / Admission counselling experience preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
