Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Associate with 1–2 years of experience to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams for appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Address basic customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Experience with IDS Software is added advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with front desk or visitor management systems
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
