- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on software including AI

Knowledge of SaaS, Software License, and AI- related contract structures preferred

Technology transactional experience either in drafting and negotiating technology focused client-facing and/or vendor-facing agreements (i.e. data licensing, software as a service agreements, cloud, software license agreements, or software development agreements).

Working knowledge of: (a) data and security privacy issues; (b) IP law; (c) OSS licensing; and (d) general product development considerations. Understanding connection between in-bound agreements and client-facing agreements.

Appetite for tech enablement of legal, including exploring the capacity and implementation of legal AI agents

High degree of organization with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams

Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
