We're looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Executive – Media Sales to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves selling digital advertising, branded content, sponsorships, and other media solutions, while building strong relationships with brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Sell media solutions including digital advertising, branded content, campaigns, sponsorships, social media promotions, and other media offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized media solutions.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, creative, marketing, and operations) for campaign execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the media industry.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/reporting systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and media sales.
