Preferred candidate profile
- Graduates, preferably MBAs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; candidates withhigher experience will be considered for suitable roles. Preferably from Telecom/ISP industry.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B serviceindustry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector.
- Proven sales prowess, consistently meeting orsurpassing sales targets.
- Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, andrelationship-building.
- Familiarity with CRM software and adeptnessin utilizing data analysistools. Strategicmindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers, understanding their businessobjectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Perform daily Customer visits & Updation of CVR & Asianet Account Information System.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide addedvalue and contribute to the company's sales targets.
- Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and actedupon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accountswhile meeting Customers' evolving needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing Customers withvaluable insights and positioning them for success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamlessservice and solutions to key accounts.
- Adhere to 100% CAF/ Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
