Job Description
Sahyog Pratishthan is looking for a dynamic and passionate Executive – CSR & Fundraising to support our CSR partnerships and fundraising initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, building relationships with donors and corporate partners, and coordinating social impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach companies for CSR partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate donors and stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pitch decks, reports, and funding updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop CSR project proposals.
- Manage donor communication and follow-ups.
- Handle end-to-end execution of CSR and fundraising projects.
- Support and monitor Tree Plantation and other social impact initiatives.
- Conduct field visits and meetings with prospective partners.
- Maintain project documentation and compliance-related records.
- Research CSR trends, funding opportunities, and potential donors.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0–2 years in CSR, fundraising, NGO sector, business development, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare proposals and reports professionally.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and field visits.
- Passion for social causes and community development.
