Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (IT Support)
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and standard applications
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
* Handle user queries and provide timely resolutions (onsite/remote)
* Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers, switches)
* Assist in network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
* Manage system updates, antivirus, and security patches
* Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
* Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
