Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support construction-related projects, ensuring effective requirement gathering, process optimization, and stakeholder management to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and project management teams, to gather and analyze business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.

Analyze current processes in construction and infrastructure projects, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Support budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning processes by providing data-driven insights.

Act as a liaison between technical teams, contractors, and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to track project progress, risks, and KPIs.

Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Support the implementation of digital tools, ERP systems, or construction management software.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills:
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.

Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle, cost management, and procurement processes.

Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, MS Project, or Primavera.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments is a plus
