- Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientations and integrate employees into the company culture.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, administer paid leaves, and conduct salary reviews.
- Employee Relations: Act as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts, address grievances, and enforce disciplinary procedures.
Key Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years
- Skills: Exceptional active listening, conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills. and data analytics is highly valued.
