Position: Jewellery Sales Associate
Location: Iscon Cross Roads, Ahmedabad
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, well-presented, and customer-oriented professional to support the Director in managing and growing her premium jewellery brand. The role involves assisting with jewellery sales, customer interactions, product presentations, exhibition coordination, and day-to-day operational support. The selected candidate will work closely with the Director from her office, which is based at her residence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in showcasing and selling jewellery to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct professional product presentations and explain the features, craftsmanship, and value of jewellery collections.
- Manage customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate product movement before and after exhibitions.
- Assist in preparing product displays, catalogues, and presentation materials.
- Support order processing, customer documentation, and after-sales coordination.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Director as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions and promotional events.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in jewellery retail or luxury product sales.
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or precious metals will be an added advantage.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
