Job Description:
- Manage and supervise daily workshop operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and workshop profitability.
- Lead and motivate service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Ensure compliance with Hyundai service standards, processes, and safety guidelines.
- Control workshop manpower, tools, equipment, and service turnaround time.
- Handle customer concerns and implement corrective actions to improve service performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–10 years of experience in automobile service operations, preferably in Hyundai dealerships.
- Strong leadership, technical, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Hyundai service processes, warranty procedures, and workshop management systems.
