- We are seeking an experienced Aero Engine Technical Authors Competent Engineers to manage technical variance responses documentation and compliance for aero engine systems
- This role requires strong engineering judgment stakeholder engagement and expertise in technical publications and safety reliability standards
- Manage and deliver Technical Variance responses and outputs within defined cost quality and timelines
- Perform technical execution and approve documentation as a Competent Author
- Analyze technical data and recommend solutions including technical publication changes
- Ensure compliance with aerospace documentation standards and safety reliability requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and external customers to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Exercise engineering judgment to identify Safety Reliability and Cost issues and provide solutions
- Strong knowledge of Aero Engine modules parts and terminology
- Expertise in technical documentation standards e

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical publications
- Familiarity with DFMEA PFMEA safety analysis and reliability engineering
- Excellent communication and networking skills for stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Aerospace or related engineering discipline
- Experience 5 14 years in aero engine technical documentation or engineering roles
- Hands on experience in technical variance management documentation and compliance
- Certifications in AS9100 S1000D or Reliability Engineering are a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
