Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Assistant Professor / Lecturer for the MBA Department to teach postgraduate management students. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, effective communication skills, and a passion for academic excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: MBA with specialization in Finance and preferably NET/Ph.D. as per university/AICTE norms.
Candidates with prior teaching experience will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent academic credentials may also apply.
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures and conduct interactive classroom sessions for MBA students.
Develop lesson plans, case studies, assignments, and assessment materials.
Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities.
Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, seminars, accreditation, and curriculum development activities.
Subjects to be Taught
[Finance/Accounts/Statistics, Marketing, General Management,IR,HR,Operations]
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of finance and statistical tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
Ability to teach using case-study and industry-oriented approaches.
Familiarity with AICTE/University academic guidelines and Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
Salary
As per Institute norms / Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
