Candidates from Palakkad and nearby areas who are interested in customer support and interior design services can apply.
Selected candidates will be working from our Kollam office. Stay arrangement will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer calls and enquiries
- Follow up with leads
- Understand customer requirements
- Coordinate with the design team
- Maintain customer records
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Telecalling experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication can apply
- Malayalam communication skills required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn and grow
