Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with departments, vendors, and clients.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments.
- Support management with data entry and MIS reporting.
- Ensure smooth communication between staff and management.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic accounting and documentation knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,022.28 - ₹18,000.00 per month
