Ashoka Solar Tech is a leading distributor of solar panels, inverters, ACDB/DCDB, BOS components, and other solar solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with customers, generate leads, and support our growing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients.
- Introduce Ashoka Solar Tech's products and services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confident speaking over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software or lead management tools.
- Interest in the solar or renewable energy industry.
