As a NetSuite Platform Support Administrator within our Enterprise IT Applications team, you will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and administering our NetSuite platform across multiple European territories. The platform operates within a complex, integrated enterprise architecture, interfacing with Zone Billing, multiple regional ERP solutions, and Salesforce via MuleSoft.
This hands-on role combines end-user support, system administration, and operational stability, ensuring NetSuite continues to support scalable, compliant, and efficient business operations. You will work closely with Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and external partners to resolve issues, maintain data integrity, and support continuous improvement across the application landscape.
