Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients and customers via phone calls and WhatsApp

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (Orthopaedic/Plaster/OT Technician, or related healthcare field)
- Good communication skills

- Basic knowledge of patient handling and healthcare services preferred
