Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Serve as the lead Solution Architect for AEMaaCS initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of support activities.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Good To Have Skills: Architectural Design, Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS.
- Define enterprise architecture, solution blueprints, and implementation strategies for AEM-based digital experience platforms.
- Architect and guide the implementation of both Headless and Headful AEM solutions supporting web, mobile, and omnichannel experiences.
- Design scalable content architectures utilizing Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, GraphQL APIs, and Content Services.
- Establish enterprise standards, governance frameworks, design patterns, and best practices for AEM implementations.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and solution validation activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, UX teams, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define integration architectures between AEM and enterprise applications, CRM, DAM, analytics, personalization, and marketing technology platforms.
- Provide guidance on cloud-native architecture, security, performance optimization, scalability, accessibility, and operational excellence.
- Partner with development teams to oversee implementation quality, code reviews, and deployment strategies.
- Support Cloud Manager, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy.
- Evaluate emerging Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems and web technologies related to Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving software defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Ability to analyze logs, trace issues, and apply root cause analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with integration points between AEM and other enterprise systems.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
