Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Full-Time | In-Office / On-Site) Experience: 4–6 Years Positions Available: 2 Compensation: Up to ₹15 LPA (Commensurate with experience & technical expertise)
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, problem-solving Senior .NET Core Developer to join our core engineering team in Jaipur. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable business applications involving RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, background processing engines, and distributed database systems.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives on tackling complex system challenges independently, diagnosing root causes, and delivering secure, reliable backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Backend Development: Architect, build, and maintain robust backend services using C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
- Distributed Systems & Microservices: Design and integrate microservices, asynchronous processes, message queues, and background jobs for background tasks and scheduled processing.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Investigate and resolve complex production, database, API, and system-level bottlenecks independently.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize application execution speed, API response latencies, and complex SQL Server / T-SQL database queries.
- Database Architecture: Utilize Entity Framework Core (EF Core) and MS SQL Server to design efficient schemas, migrations, and database access logic.
- Clean Code & Best Practices: Write secure, maintainable, and testable code guided by SOLID principles, OOP, and enterprise design patterns.
- Technical Ownership & Leadership: Participate actively in code reviews, technical design discussions, and deployment pipelines while mentoring junior team members.

- Domain Experience: Exposure to Fintech, Banking, Lending platforms, Payments, or Accounting software.
- Event & Message Queues: Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, or Azure Service Bus.
- Schedulers & Caching: Experience with Redis caching mechanisms and background job frameworks (e.g., Hangfire, Quartz.NET).
- Cloud & Containerization: Practical knowledge of Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Azure/AWS cloud services.
- Security Standards: Understanding of application security, OAuth 2.0, and JWT authentication/authorization flows.
- AI Tooling Integration: Experience utilizing AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize productivity.
