Store Purchase Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle daily store purchasing activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Ensure proper inward and outward material management.
- Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers for better rates.
- Raise purchase orders and follow up for deliveries.
- Maintain bills, invoices, and purchase-related documents.
- Coordinate with kitchen/store team for material requirements.
- Ensure availability of all essential items at the store.
- Monitor quality and quantity of received materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Store/Purchase department.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and billing systems preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma holder preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,024.26 per month
