Attend regularly scheduled event office meets.
Perform accounts, HR, and administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting, making photocopies, scanning, filing appropriate documents, proofreading correspondence, bank/outdoor work, collection/delivery of documents/parcels, drafting letters/emails, and so on.
Answer & route calls, note down messages, and provide general information; greet and direct visitors; answer routine inquiries; maintain a log of inquiries as required.
Sign for delivered packages; sort & distribute them to the appropriate recipient.
Coordinate and schedule appointments/meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments.
Make travel/accommodation bookings for the staff/client as and when required.
Arrange/book labour/outsourced trucks for events and ensure they reach the venue within the prescribed time.
Maintain office equipment as needed.
Coordinate with the drivers and schedule annual vehicle examinations for service vehicles with the Transportation Department and apply for the renewal of the vehicle license and other relevant permits as & when required. Also, keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance.
Keep a track of the yearly rental office agreements.
Order, stock, and distribute office supplies/ stationery.
Organize and maintain office common areas.
Retrieve documents and files when requested.
Assist with organizing events when necessary.
Responsible for depositing cash/cheques in the Bank as & when required.
Contribute to the team with ideas and suggestions that helps in achieving the desired goal.
Produce and submit necessary reports as & when required.
Maintain a consistent attendance record and report to work/ site/meetings on time.
To be in full uniform attire provided by the company at all times.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
