- Perform diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of Volkswagen vehicles as per Volkswagen standards and repair procedures.
- Diagnose and rectify complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using Volkswagen diagnostic equipment and special tools.
- Complete assigned repair jobs within the standard repair time while maintaining high-quality workmanship and minimizing repeat repairs.
- Assist and guide junior technicians in technical troubleshooting, repair methods, and adherence to workshop quality standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation of repair orders, diagnostic findings, and warranty-related repairs in accordance with Volkswagen guidelines.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition while complying with all safety regulations.
- Participate in Volkswagen technical training programs and continuously update technical knowledge to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
