The Executive Assistant to the CEO will work directly with the CEO, providing high-quality support. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role best suited for individuals who are extremely organized, discreet, proactive, and calm under pressure.
The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and day-to-day schedule, ensuring seamless execution of the CEO's daily life.

Manage and maintain the CEO's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar with precision.

Schedule, confirm, and send reminders for internal and external meetings, calls, and events.

Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Book flights, trains, hotels, and ground transportation for the CEO's domestic and international travel.

Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including visa requirements and logistics.

Manage last-minute changes to travel plans and ensure contingency arrangements are in place.

Coordinate with travel vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely arrangements.

Send timely reminders to the CEO for upcoming meetings, deadlines, and commitments.

Maintain a structured task tracker for pending and completed CEO action items.

Coordinate with the Founder's Office and department heads on scheduling-related follow-ups.

Assist with expense tracking, reimbursements, and vendor coordination related to the CEO's schedule.

Coordinate with drivers, household staff, or vendors for personal logistics as needed.

Step in on ad hoc administrative tasks to keep the CEO's day running smoothly.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

2–7 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or personal assistant role, ideally supporting senior leadership.

Proven experience managing complex calendars and end-to-end travel logistics.

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and MS Office Suite.

Comfortable using travel booking platforms and expense tools.

Openness to using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).

Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

High emotional intelligence and ability to work calmly under pressure.
