About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and motivated freelance recruitment partners to join our team on a commission-based collaboration. This is a remote opportunity for professionals who are confident in sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates while working independently and maintaining strong communication throughout the hiring process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate placement.
- Source qualified candidates through professional networks, job portals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen profiles carefully to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Submit shortlisted candidatures to Workforce Nexus for review and further processing.
- Coordinate closely with assigned POCs to ensure a smooth and streamlined workflow.
- Stay active and responsive during meetings, discussions, and hiring updates.
- Maintain a professional, patient, and positive approach throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Follow up with candidates when needed to improve conversion and closure rates.
- Keep candidate information accurate, updated, and well-organized.
- Work in alignment with the hiring timeline, quality expectations, and role-specific requirements.

- Prior experience in US recruitment, staffing, or talent sourcing.
- Strong understanding of the US hiring market.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality results.
