About the Role
DENTESTHETICA is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team specializing in cosmetic dentistry, hair restoration, and aesthetic treatments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career dentists to develop expertise in advanced dental and hair implant procedures under experienced mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for dental patients.
- Perform general dental procedures including restorations, extractions, scaling, and preventive care.
- Assist in and gradually perform cosmetic dentistry procedures such as veneers, smile design, teeth whitening, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
- Assist in hair transplant and hair restoration procedures, including patient assessment, graft handling, implantation, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, oral health, and post-procedure care.
- Follow clinical protocols, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous learning and training programs.
Qualifications
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Valid Dental Council registration.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 2–3 years of clinical experience will be preferred.
- Interest in cosmetic dentistry and hair restoration procedures.
- Good communication and patient management skills.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to patient care.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in aesthetic dental procedures.
