Manjaly Infrastructures is seeking two dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to expand our footprint in the construction market. With a 30-year legacy of quality, we are looking for professionals who can effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients. You will be the face of our brand, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our various service segments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including residential projects, commercial contracts, and infrastructure developments.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients, developers, and consultants.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Thrissur region and wider Kerala.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share.
- Proposals & Presentations: Prepare professional proposals, conduct site presentations, and effectively negotiate terms to close deals.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the architectural and project management teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly defined and met during the initial project stages.
- Networking: Actively participate in industry events and professional networks to enhance the company’s brand presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the construction, real estate, or architecture industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Malayalam and English.
- Networking: Strong interpersonal skills with an existing network in the local Thrissur real estate/construction market.
- Drive: A high-energy, self-motivated approach with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professionalism: Ability to represent the "Manjaly" brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of construction project lifecycles is a major plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
