Key Responsibilities
Drive overall HR strategy and operations for manufacturing units. Handle HRBP activities, workforce planning, and talent management. Manage Performance Management System (PMS) and employee development initiatives. Lead Learning & Development (L&D) and employee engagement programs. Monitor HR Metrics, MIS, and HR Analytics for business decision-making. Ensure statutory compliance, labour law adherence, and smooth industrial relations. Partner with leadership teams to strengthen organizational culture and productivity.
Required Skills
Manufacturing HR HRBP PMS Learning & Development (L&D) Employee Engagement HR Metrics & HR Analytics Labor Laws & Compliance Leadership & Stakeholder Management Qualification MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Experience
12–18 years of HR experience in manufacturing industries with exposure to plant HR operations.
Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
