A Business Consultant would be stationed on business consultancy projects for external customers. The key responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
- Responsible for developing new or improved processes proactively for customer’s organizational effectiveness in predefined areas.
- Support proposal development and client building / management process
- Assessing & Evaluating client’s business and its processes
- Manage customer relationships by meeting and exceeding customers’ service expectations
- Analyze business processes to meet customers’ growing needs.
- Provide functional and technical support to customers
Conduct research and analysis to justify recommendations.

Qualified candidates will possess the following characteristics:
- 10 or more years of experience (as per the requirement of the project)
- High technical expertise in their field of operation
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a high level of commitment to client success
- Demonstrated capabilities in team work and leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer Literacy is a must
