English Question Bank – CEFR & School-Level Questions Development and Review
Positions Open : SME Reviewer and Subject Head
About the Project
We are developing a large-scale English question bank covering Grammar, Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing, aligned with CEFR levels A1–C1 and senior-school English standards.
The role is suitable for educators who can confidently teach or review English up to Grades 10–12. Approved samples, question formats, and project guidelines will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and/or review English questions, answers, explanations, and solutions
- Check grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, sentence structure, and language accuracy
- Review fill-in-the-blank, sentence transformation, comprehension, and other assessment formats
- Validate CEFR level, knowledge point, question type, difficulty, and cognitive-level tagging
- Correct unclear, repetitive, ambiguous, incomplete, or incorrect questions
- Rework content and make it error-free and submission-ready
- Review complete mock papers in Google Docs
- Ensure consistency across large question-bank batches
Additional Responsibilities for Subject Heads
- Generate questions using approved AI workflows
- Review and revalidate SME Reviewer work
- Resolve academic doubts and guide reviewers
- Make final corrections before submission
- Maintain overall academic quality and consistency
Required Profile
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing
- Experience teaching or developing English content for Grades 10–12
- Experience with assessments, worksheets, exam papers, question banks, or academic editing
- Strong proofreading and content-review skills
- Ability to follow examination samples and structured guidelines
- Comfortable using AI tools, Google Docs, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CEFR or international English assessments is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a related subject
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience in educational publishing, assessment development, or academic QA
Availability
- Minimum 4–5 hours per day
- Long-term project commitment
- Screening task and NDA mandatory
