About the Role Our growth plans: We process close to 4% of the country's freight on our software platform. Our goal is to get to 20% of the country's freight by 2028. This gives us a birdʼs eye view of the market. Weʼre already the largest road freight technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software, freight marketplace and supply chain financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028. About the Role: As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our logistics operations. This role involves active coordination with internal teams and external partners, handling operational calls, and maintaining accurate reports for tracking. Youʼll be at the heart of execution—ensuring timely updates, resolving day-to-day issues, and keeping our systems and stakeholders aligned.
Key Responsibilities
● Adding trip details in the desktop/phone.
● Making outbound calls (telecalling) to customers/clients for coordination, follow-ups, issue resolution, and service updates.
● Handling and Training customers on mobile and desktop applications.
● Preparation of Daily MIS for different clients
● Handling Customer queries and providing solutions.
● Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
● Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to Operationsʼ Manager
● Extensively calling up and communicating via other media, multiple stakeholders on a daily basis
● Calling multiple stakeholders extensively
Requirements
● Efficient in handling and communicating with customers
● Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
● Good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal communication & basic written communication ● Advance knowledge of Excel
● Decent knowledge of mobile apps and desktop applications.
● Qualification: High school degree or equivalent
● Having prior experience in the transportation industry will be an added advantage.
● Knowledge of regional language
● Ready to work in all shifts including night shift.
● Ready to work 6 days a week and ok to travel to client location
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
