We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities and hands-on experience with MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel and SQL.
- Design and develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand business and reporting requirements.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.
- Automate repetitive reports and processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, dashboards).
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Knowledge of automation tools and basic programming (Python/R) will be an added advantage.
