Civil Site Engineer – Residential Projects

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities across our premium residential projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes full ownership of site operations, ensures high-quality execution, and coordinates effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
- Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, suppliers, and consultants
- Ensure proper material usage as per approved standards
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and progress updates
- Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs as required
- Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with the design team and provide on-site feedback
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 3 to 10 years of relevant site experience (residential projects preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must own a smartphone for daily reporting and site updates
Additional Requirement
- Candidates must be based in Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
