We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to join our team. You'll work on hiring for our company and multiple client organizations, gaining practical experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing job postings and employer branding activities.
- Support end-to-end recruitment for internal and client hiring.
Requirements
- MBA (HR) preferred (Final-year students can also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.
