Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Reprensentative to manage and strengthen relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics) for smooth operations
- Maintain customer records and update data in CRM/Excel
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business
- Support sales promotions, schemes, and customer communication
Requirements & Skills:
- 12th and Above
- Good communication skills
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in customer service, CRM, or sales support is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹[15000-20000] per month
