We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative 3D & 2D Designer to join our Shadows architecture studio firm, who should be from Kollam. Candidates near Kottarakkara are most preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, bringing creativity and design expertise to various architectural and interior design projects. If you are passionate about blending art with functionality & be able to produce 3D renders of interior spaces. Need to interact with Customers/Carpenters. Basic Salary: ₹10000.00 - ₹20,000.00* per month *as per experience
Office timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Leave: All Govt Holidays, Second Saturday
1. QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
● 1-4 years of experience in residential interior design projects; freshers can also apply (salary depends on experience and performance)
● Proficiency in any design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, V-ray, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, or similar tools.
● Excellent portfolio of previous works
● Strong creative and visual skills with attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge of materials, textures, and architectural design trends.
● Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and colour theory
● The Person should be an expert in Visualization, Modelling, Rendering, Texturing, Lighting, layout, colour, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop visually appealing design concepts for architectural and interior projects.
● Collaborate with architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients to execute design plans and requirements.
● Create 3D models, presentations, and visual mock-ups to communicate design ideas effectively.
● Prepare high-quality layouts, renders, and presentation drawings.
● Work on branding, graphic design, and promotional material for internal and client-related needs.
● Set schedules for the project
● Ensure all design elements align with the firm's creative direction and client expectations.
● Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design tools.
● Research and decide on materials and product sourcing
● Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
