4779 IT Recruiter HR & Admin 2 Mumbai The IT Recruiter / Senior IT Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing high-quality technical talent, and streamlining the interview pipeline. This role acts as a vital bridge between engineering teams, external vendors, and candidates to ensure absolute hiring excellence, a seamless candidate experience, and the timely fulfillment of critical open positions • Talent Sourcing: Conduct thorough job analyses to understand technical requirements and aggressively source high-quality candidates, utilizing Naukri.com as the primary channel alongside other professional networks. • Rigorous Screening: Conduct initial telephonic and technical screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, hands-on experience, and overall suitability, ensuring we identify the absolute ""Best Person for the Job."" • Cultural & Vendor Alignment: Assess candidates for organizational culture fit while effectively collaborating with and optimizing external Vendor Management practices to maximize hiring efficiency. • End-to-End Coordination: Efficiently schedule and manage multiple rounds of interviews for shortlisted candidates. • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between interview panels and candidates, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth, professional interview experience. • Feedback Collection: Promptly gather and synthesize detailed feedback from interviewers after each interaction to drive the selection process forward. • Holistic Evaluation: Evaluate candidates based on technical competency, behavioral traits, and cultural alignment, always prioritizing long-term candidate success and retention. • Seamless Transition: Manage the offer rollout process and successfully transition selected candidates to the pre-boarding and onboarding stages. • Data Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal databases. • Metrics & Insights: Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports tracking key metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Source Effectiveness, and Offer-to-Join ratio. • Continuous Improvement: Analyze hiring data and feedback to identify bottlenecks in the recruitment pipeline and suggest actionable solutions. Bachelor’s degree, Master’s/MBA, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 2 – 5 Years
