We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst with hands-on experience in Manual Testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications by identifying defects, documenting test results, and collaborating closely with the development team to deliver reliable and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform different types of testing such as Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Sanity, and Smoke Testing.
- Identify, record, and track bugs using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in test planning and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years of proven experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Good knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Quality Centre).
- Familiarity with writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have (Optional):
- Basic knowledge of Automation Testing
- Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman.
- Awareness of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
