About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Interior Project Engineer to manage the execution of residential and commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site execution, coordinate with designers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain project documentation.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Verify site measurements and monitor material consumption.
- Ensure quality control, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, glazing, and other interior finishing works.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the design and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections, snag rectification, testing, and final project handover.
- Verify subcontractor work and support billing and measurement activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of project records, material receipts, and site documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Good knowledge of interior finishes, execution methodologies, BOQs, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Odisha when required.

- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and timely project delivery.
- Knowledge of project documentation and billing processes is an added advantage.
